We welcome your feedback and although St Helens Carers’ Centre aims to provide the highest standard of service as possible, some time we may fall short of our standards. If this happens please let us know, as hearing your views helps us to improve the services we provide.
Alternatively, it is always good to be told when something goes well, so if you feel that something has been done particularly well we welcome your comments.
Complaints: All our staff will try to resolve any complaint informally, but if you are not satisfied, you can complain formally via our Chief Executive. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and then investigate. We aim to reply within 21 days. If you are not happy with the response to your complaint, you can then ask our Board of Charity Trustees to review the matter.
